Angelyn wrote this regarding her Reserve HIT experience!
I have to tell you about it. SHE GOT 0 points deducted- 100 points her first weekend in started!!! We took Reserve High In Trial. There was one dog besides Luna who got 100points and she's shown by a vet-wonderful woman who is a friend of Linda's- and always wins high in trial- lots and lots of experience.- She's been doing it for ages. For a tie breaker the AKC rules use time. And the other woman (Mona) did it 23 seconds faster than we did. When the Judge handed out the awards she said she has only given a score of 100 one other time in her career- before today. I will have to double check the size of the class- It started with 21 dogs but one or two were moved up including from PT- so I would say over 20. I'll double check my book. Don't you think that's AMAZING!!! When the judge handed out ribbons she said the competition is very high here, and it's hard to place in the ribbons- !!!!!!!! This is her very first week-end!!!!! yesterday was her first time in started!!! We beat judges and trainers!!!! I just went to the store and bought her steak and champagne !!!!! Her score on day one was 86. It was good for us to stay and watch all the runs yesterday- we learned a lot!!!! She is an AMAZING DOG- as is Flash and all the other Rainedance dogs. The only thing that holds Luna back is me. SHE DOES EVERYTHING I ASK AND MORE!!!! YEA TEAM RAINEDANCE!!!!
